These terms govern use of this website only. Drivers are engaged under their Terms of Engagement and clients under CargoCrew's Terms of Business, which take priority over anything on this page. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

CargoCrew Ltd is an employment business supplying temporary HGV drivers to cargo and logistics clients. Company number 16006700, registered in England and Wales. You may use the site to find out about us, to contact us, to request an invitation to register and, if you have an account, to complete and manage your registration. You must not: use the site unlawfully or to harm anyone; try to gain access to any account, data or part of the site you are not entitled to; introduce malware or interfere with the site's operation; copy or scrape the site's content for another purpose; or impersonate another person. Registration accounts are personal: do not share your sign-in codes or links, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Registration is by invitation. An account is opened with a one-time sign-in link or an emailed code and is yours alone. The information you give in a registration pack is governed by the declarations you sign in it and by your Terms of Engagement, not by this page. We may suspend an account that is misused.

The site, its text, images, logos and design are owned by or licensed to CargoCrew Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, adapt or create works from them without our written consent. The documents you sign in your registration pack are yours to keep and use for your own records.

The site describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer of work, a promise of a particular rate or assignment, or legal, tax or financial advice. We try to keep the content accurate and current but do not warrant that it is, and we may change it at any time. The terms that bind us to you are the ones you sign or we send you in writing.

The site links to other websites, including gov.uk services, for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.

How we handle personal data collected through the site is set out in our privacy notice (version 2.10) at cargo-crew.co.uk/privacy, including the cookies and local storage the site uses.

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in this section affects the liability provisions of your Terms of Engagement or the Terms of Business.

We may change these terms by publishing a new version here with a new version number and date. Your continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
