We built our own software to run every check, so nothing depends on a spreadsheet or an inbox. It was built with CAA standards in mind.
Each step is recorded as it happens: what was checked, when, and who decided.
Checked before day one
Before a driver's first day we check their identity and right to work, their DVLA driving licence and a criminal record certificate.
We also check a full five-year history of work, study and any gaps, with references that confirm each period.
Records you can inspect
Every check is kept in one complete vetting file for each driver.
The client's security or compliance team can inspect it on request, for as long as the driver works with them.
When the guidance isn't clear
Some situations aren't clearly covered by the guidance. When that happens we don't guess: we ask the CAA directly, and record the answer in the driver's file.
